DELL笔记本电脑电池那里闪红灯的问题

这个问题官方的使用手册上的解释是电池过热导致的电池不能充电。使用手册上的解决方法是取下电池冷却后再装上，但是这个基本没用，我试过。
请您开机按F2进入Bios界面，界面内System info中会看到Battery health。请确认电脑提示是否有下面四种报错。如果有类似报错，电池就存在问题了 。

1、Your battery is changing normally.However.you may begin tonotic reduced operating time because your long-term battery life is decreasing
2、Your battery is changing normally.however it is reaching the end of its usable life.You can experience a longer operating time with a new battery. You may want to consider purchasing a replacement battery now.
3、Your battery can no longer provide sufficient power to your system and needs to be replaced.
4、Your battery has experienced a permanent failure and needs to be replaced.
如果有上述提示，就可以确定自己的电池是不是坏掉了，或者寿命到了。

电池属于消耗品，经常闲置，或者使用不当都能造成电池损坏。一般都只能更换。

这应该是电池出问题了。如果再保修期内的话打客服问问，不在的话把电池拆下来尽量少用。
